A Transformation Lever for Blandin & Delloye

The CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) audit is more than just an analytical tool. It is a real lever for transforming our business and strengthening our commitment to a more sustainable and responsible business model.

A Company with a Mission

Our mission: To mobilise our society in the fight against climate change.

Our climate commitments :

1. measure our environmental impact

2. reduce and avoid our co2 emissions

3. have a positive impact on the world around us

4. communicate transparently about our actions and values

A 360° Analysis for a Complete Diagnosis

Our approach is based on four fundamental stages:

  • Internal diagnosis: 95% of our employees took part in an in-depth survey, sharing their feedback on our current practices and commitments.
  • External consultation: Over 5% of our customer base responded to a survey, providing valuable insight into their expectations in terms of sustainability.
  • Carbon footprint: A precise analysis of our emissions to calculate the CO2 emissions linked to our activity, from our raw materials to our end customers, and then define a reduction action plan.
  • Eco-score calculation: 30 combinations of made-to-measure parts analysed to identify levers for improvement and understand the overall impact on different criteria: water resources, pollution, animal welfare, human treatment (at suppliers, in workshops, etc.) and trace the origins of each stage of processing.

A Materiality Matrix as a Strategic Guide

The audit enabled us to draw up a materiality matrix, highlighting our priority issues:

  • Crucial issues: Responsible communication, sustainability of raw materials, internal dialogue – to be dealt with as a priority because of their high impact.
  • Important issues : Employee well-being, packaging, supplier relations – requiring sustained attention.
  • Issues to be monitored: Animal welfare, water management, product end-of-life – less impact, to be monitored over the longer term.

Concrete, measurable results

The conclusions of this audit are reflected in tangible actions:

  • Adoption of recycled materials for our covers and tote bags
  • Ongoing training for our teams on CSR issues
  • Development of new partnerships with responsible suppliers

Blandin & Delloye’s CSR audit embodies our desire to combine elegance, transparency and sustainability. It is a commitment that reinforces our position as a pioneer in responsible made-to-measure suits.

This global approach enables us to identify the areas where we can have the greatest positive impact. By involving both our employees and our customers in this process, we ensure that our CSR strategy is aligned with the expectations of all our stakeholders.

The materiality matrix resulting from this audit has become a central tool in our decision-making. It guides us in prioritising our actions and helps us to allocate our resources effectively to maximise our positive impact.

The concrete results of this audit demonstrate our commitment to turning words into action. Every initiative, from adopting new materials to training our teams, contributes to building a more sustainable and responsible business model.
